We're here to help you get started. Simply email return@textoniacycles.shop to initiate the process. You will need to provide the email address used for your order, allowing you to view your orders and submit a return request easily.
OUR RETURN POLICY: 30 DAYS
You can return any of our bikes, parts, and accessories within 30 days from delivery for an exchange or refund.
We provide an extended return period for all our bikes because the best way to decide if a bike suits you is by riding it.
Please note that returning bikes directly to one of our stores is the simplest option. If that's not possible, we can give you instructions on how to arrange and pay for a courier collection from your location. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Feel free to test ride your bike during this time but handle it with care. If you choose to return it, the bike should be clean, in sellable condition, and in its original packaging and box.

How do I return my order?
We're happy to assist you. Returning your order is straightforward.
You'll be asked for the email address used to place your order, then you can access your orders and request a return.

Are returns free?
We hope you love your new bike or product, but if not, returns are simple. We're here to help with return shipping.
Since we are a small independent bike maker, we cannot cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. You can return your item at one of our stores or arrange courier pickup from home or work. We'll gladly support you with this.
While typical wear from a test ride is expected, ensure the bike is returned without major signs of use, wear, or visible damage. Otherwise, a full refund won't be possible.
We want every bike to find the right rider and for you to feel confident with your purchase.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your bike or accessory, we process refunds within 10 days.
What are significant signs of use, wear, or damage?
Returned bikes must be clean, in a sellable condition, and in original packaging.
Examples of significant wear or damage include:
- Scratches, chips, or scuffs on the frame or parts
- Worn or damaged cogs and gears
- Tread loss on tires
- Bikes returned with damaged, insufficient, or incorrect packaging
- Unclean bikes
Unfortunately, if any of these issues are present, a full refund cannot be given.
