Bicycle Shipping (Complete Bikes)

  • White-glove delivery service available for €99 (assembly and setup included)
  • Freight shipping with tracking
  • Adult signature required upon delivery

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Remote or rural areas may require additional 2-4 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within:

  • In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
  • Bicycles: 2-5 business days (includes safety inspection and quality check)
  • Pre-Order Items: Ships when stock arrives (estimated date provided on product page)
  • Custom Builds: 7-14 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

Bicycle Packaging and Assembly

Complete bicycles are packaged with care to guarantee safe arrival:

  • Bikes come partially assembled and are packed firmly in protective boxes
  • Minor assembly needed, such as attaching pedals, front wheel, and handlebars
  • Assembly instructions and necessary tools are provided
  • Professional assembly can be arranged via white-glove delivery service
  • Every bike passes a thorough pre-shipment safety inspection

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours at TexToniaCycles@proton.me
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  • Contact us within 7 days – we will investigate and file a claim if necessary

Delivery Delays

Though uncommon, delays might happen due to weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related problems. If your order arrives later than the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will locate your shipment and keep you informed with status updates.
