We currently ship to:

• European Union: All EU member states
• EU Countries: Free shipping on all orders
• Additional European Countries: Switzerland, United Kingdom
• International Shipping: Available for select destinations (contact us for availability)

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Remote or rural areas may require additional 2-4 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within:

• In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
• Bicycles: 2-5 business days (includes safety inspection and quality check)
• Pre-Order Items: Ships when stock arrives (estimated date provided on product page)
• Custom Builds: 7-14 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs Summary

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries outside the EU. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination:

• United Kingdom: €19.95 standard, 5-10 business days
• Switzerland: €24.95 standard, 6-12 business days
• Norway: €22.95 standard, 5-10 business days
• Other Countries: Contact us for a shipping quote

Please note: Buyers from abroad must cover any customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees required by their country. These expenses are separate from the product price and shipping fees and are to be paid by the recipient when the order arrives.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• Link to track your shipment in real-time
• Estimated delivery date
• Delivery notifications (depending on carrier)

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Bicycle Packaging and Assembly

Complete bicycles are packaged with care to guarantee safe arrival:

• Bikes come partially assembled and are packed firmly in protective boxes
• Minor assembly needed, such as attaching pedals, front wheel, and handlebars
• Assembly instructions and necessary tools are provided
• Professional assembly can be arranged via white-glove delivery service
• Every bike passes a thorough pre-shipment safety inspection

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
• Take photos of the packaging and product
• Contact us within 48 hours at TexToniaCycles@proton.me
• We will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

• Check with neighbors and building management
• Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
• Contact the carrier using your tracking number
• Contact us within 7 days – we will investigate and file a claim if necessary

Delivery Delays

Though uncommon, delays might happen due to weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier-related problems. If your order arrives later than the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will locate your shipment and keep you informed with status updates.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship to:

• P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for bicycles and large items)
• Countries under trade embargoes or sanctions
• Some remote islands or territories (contact us to confirm)
